Refund Policy

InsideREU is a trading and marketing name of Upfixe Lda Unipessoal, a single-member limited company registered in Portugal. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record.

1. Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing — no card is billed.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

On your first paid subscription, we offer a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the first charge. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email george@insidereu.com with your Paddle transaction ID or the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

3. EU / EEA / UK right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the EU, EEA and UK ordinarily have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which they may withdraw from a contract for a digital service and receive a full refund.

Immediate access waiver. Because InsideREU provides digital content that begins immediately upon subscription, we ask you at checkout to expressly confirm that performance begins during the 14-day period and that you acknowledge the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of the Directive). If you did not tick that confirmation, you may cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.

Even if you did tick the waiver, our 30-day money-back guarantee (section 2 above) is more generous and applies regardless.

4. Renewal charges

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are not refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge but does not refund the current period; access continues until the end of the already-paid period.

5. Price changes

Pricing may change for new subscribers at any time. Existing paying subscribers will receive at least 30 days' email noticebefore any price increase applied to their renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Refunds outside the guarantee

Outside the 14-day withdrawal window and the 30-day money-back guarantee, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Situations where we will typically refund include:

  • The service was materially unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing cycle).
  • You were charged after a cancellation that we failed to process.
  • A duplicate charge was made in error.

Situations where we typically cannot refund:

  • Change of mind after the first 30 days.
  • Forgetting to cancel the subscription.
  • Low usage of the service during the billing period.

7. Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a chargeback. We will almost always resolve the issue faster than a chargeback dispute, and a retracted chargeback saves everyone time. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account termination and a Paddle dispute response.

8. Account closure

If we terminate your account for a breach of our Terms of Service, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription, pro-rated to the day of termination, unless the breach involved fraud or abuse of the service.
